There’s something powerful about a season change. From winter to spring, everything begins to shift. What once felt cold, still, and quiet starts to come alive again.

And it’s not just in nature. It’s in our lives too.

This March Break, I had the chance to slow down, spend time with my family, and recharge. In the middle of rest, I realized something: transitions are necessary. They prepare us for what’s next.

In both personal and professional life, we all go through seasons. Some feel like winter: waiting, stretching, growing beneath the surface. Others feel like spring: fresh starts, new energy, and new opportunities.

As I reflected this March, here are three things that stood out:

1. Life is a story still being written

Every season has a purpose. Even the quiet ones. Even the relax ones. Even the hard ones. Even the challenging ones. They are all part of a bigger story unfolding.

2. Sharing your story can help others

What you’ve been through is not just for you. Someone out there needs your story. Your journey could be the encouragement they’ve been waiting for.

3. Know your why and prepare for what’s next

Clarity in your “why” gives direction. And when you take time to pause and reflect, you position yourself for the next breakthrough.

This new season is a reminder: Growth is happening even when you don’t see it right away.

As we step into spring, I’m choosing to move forward with renewed focus, deeper purpose, and expectation for what’s ahead.

Your next season is coming. Be ready for it. 🌱
