Filipino Food Month is more than a celebration of flavors. It’s a celebration of culture, community, and stories. Since 2023, I’ve personally supported this movement, recognizing the heart behind every Filipino-owned restaurant in Canada. This month is a reminder to support local, share their stories, and appreciate the journey behind every dish.

This March Break, I had the chance to slow down, spend time with my family, and recharge. In the middle of rest, I realized something: transitions are necessary. They prepare us for what’s next. In both personal and professional life, we all go through seasons. Some feel like winter: waiting, stretching, growing beneath the surface. Others feel like spring: fresh starts, new energy, and new opportunities.
